Account Manager (Large Enterprise)
General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
– Develop big enterprise customers relationship which is including but not limited CP,SCG, TCC, and etc. Make the customer development strategy, account planning, and channel mapping etc.
– Understand industry business and evolve the industry association, plan the marketing event with CXO levels.
– Follow up the project with customer and create new opportunity with customer.
– KPI management, follow up progress of all kinds of sales target
– Organize internal operation related meetings
Candidate Requirements:
– Thai nationality only.
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or higher
– At least 3 years experiences in Enterprise industry(CP/SCG/TCC).
– Good planning, attention to details, and customer service orientation and very good attitude
– Require skill(s): Microsoft Office tools knowledge especially in Microsoft word/ Excel and Power Point with Fast Typing Speed
– Have good team player and good interpersonal and communication skills.
– Able to handle stress situation and can good management skills.
– Positive attitude and able to work under challenging assignments, good handle with pressure.
– Good both in reading / written and verbal communication skills in English / Thai
– Can speak fluent English and Thai. Mandarin very preferred.
