Our customer is Big enterprise who biggest distributor HardWare  in the market , in the nearly future will be expanding Mobile Channel and they are looking the professional leader team to handling business growth and be market leader.

Job responsibility Vice President (Sales & Marketing)

  • Define the department’s strategies and goals to drive sales and the profit target set by the company.
    • Plan and manage forecasting, sales of each product to sales team.
    • Analysis of sales data and advice with PM on strategic planning, marketing, pricing, and product push and create various promotions.
    • Coordinate with Vender to set target of each product in marketing, fund, and bargain and solve problems.
    • Advise PM to plan and help control the problem of not having overdue goods over the company.
    • Plan and supervise the PM to develop product knowledge both inside and outside the company.
    • Supervise and help PM plan the money management Fund  Approval Disbursement of Fund
    • Supervise and coordinate the team with relevant departments such as Sales, Accounting, Finance, Logistics, and PR.
    • Monitor, track and drive plans or policies, and develop or modify plans be consistent with the status of occurrence.
    • Supervise and plan the management and development of personnel Control / promote / develop subordinates. Provide the highest quality organization.
    • Plan and manage annual budgeting.
    • Working with sales executives on approaches to building business.
  • Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.


  • Male or Female, Age not over 36 years old.
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in any fields.
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing in IT Business over 3 years.
  • Experience in IT Distribution, SI, and IT wholesales business.
  • Experience 1 year up in Supervisor/ Management level.
  • Good management, planning marketing Strategy and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge in IT Commercial and Consumer Product.
  • Good personality, communication and presentation skill.
  • Good communication in English.
