Job Responsibilities
- Analyzes systems from end to end and business processes
- Documents the findings and helps the developers/architects solve the issues
- Monitor and manage overall operations of IT solution and application to support organizational operations and satisfy customer needs effectively
- Processes mapping for end to end system interactions and documentation of such requirements
- Coordinates with multiple teams such vendors, IT, Operations and managing the backlog of work
- Designs new integrations with architects and understands end to end system/user behaviors/usages
- Helps the implementation for new clients
- Keep up to date with new knowledge and technology to apply in own department to improve and enhance productivity in work
- Provide coaching and recommendations to subordinates to improve skills in work
- Control making summary reports of overall IT solution and application to propose to the supervisor
- Participate in planning, and manage the assessment and improvement within the department
Qualifications - 4-6 years experience working with information technologies and systems analysis
- 4-6 years of development experience in any of the programming languages/platforms – Java, Javascript
- Deep knowledge of with microservices architecture and API Strategy development
- Experience designing, developing, securing and managing APIs via API Gateways and proxies
- Development expertise on ESB, JMS, Active MQ, Kafka, jpa, designing using API’s Led Architecture
- Historical experience with the ESB stacks such as – MuleSoft, TIBCO, Oracle Fusion, SAP PO
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience with MuleSoft On-Premise and Cloud solutions is a plus
