Job Responsibilities:
- Leading SAP Implementation and Support project to successfully
ClientManagement - Closely work with Client (Business Unit) to understand and derive Business Strategy, Directions and provide consultancy on IT Solutions
Internal team Management - Managing team resources and overall financial of the team
Able to assimilate and respectfully coordinate various cultural gaps - Building effective teams and holding them accountable for results
Vendor Management
- Ability to influence and lead within a matrix business (IT/Business) to shape and deliver the business plan and roadmap across business lines, collaborating closely with leadership teams
- Experience in managing technical teams in complex projects in various environment (leading internal, 3rd party and external partners)
- Manage overall delivery of related IT Projects
- Integrity and trust
Qualifications
- Have proven track record and 10+ years experience of delivering in a complex ERP environment
- Working with Solution Architects to build and provision SAP solutions.
- Min 10 Years of Experience in Enterprise Scale Application Implementation and Support
- Min 5 Years of Experience in Project Management, Project Delivery and Team Management
- Work Effectively as a Team and Strong in Leadership
- Good Knowledge in retail ERP Operation
- Experience in SAP Implementation and Support (eg., FICO, PP, MM, SD, BI, SCM)
- Strong in Communication, Customer Management, Vendor Management
- Good Command in English communication skills
