Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Conducting and arranging business meeting with potential clients and purpose recruitment solution for their business.
- Define business opportunity ares where as potential
- Participate in business development activities to grow business ie Social media ,Event PR , Marketing, Networking
- Creatively source corporates/ Enterprise from our own internal database, job boards, social media and referrals
- Effectively communication with recruiter team to good understanding requirement from clients.
- 3-5 years of recruitment and business development experience.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environmental.
- Able to Communicate English , listening ,writing , reading.
- Strong motivation for personal success great presentation skill.
- Sales and Marketing experience preferred
- Initiative skill.
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with hiring managers and candidates
- Entrepreneurial mind set
- Bachelor degree and master degree preferred
