– Implement talent management and succession planning according to regional guideline.
– Ensure development action for talents and successors are executed.
Learning & Development
– Provide soft skills training and leadership development relevant to business needs.
– Support line managers to design and develop functional training program.
Engagement and Culture
– Implement engagement survey and ensure action plan are executed according to engagement survey result.
– Work with QWL (Quality of Work life) committee for employee activities in order to increase employee engagement level.
Ensure employees activities at Bangkok office and factories are aligned in the same direction.
– Oversee performance management across organization via Success Factor systems
– Ensure understanding about performance management principles across organization
– Work with department head to complete each stage of performance management cycle in timely manner.
– Organize calibration session for performance evaluation.
